So not this Christmas but Last Christmas Josh and Breecia gave us the coolest gift, a Pizzaque, it’s a Pizza oven that you hook up to your propane tank like a BBQ! Well like idiots we let it sit in the box for over a year and our kids kept giving us grief about it. So one day this summer we decided to finally break it out. Josh and Breecia actually has us over to their house and had everything set up and ready to go, all we had to do was show up and bring our Pizzaque. We sound pathetic don’t we? We seriously love the gift, but we thought it would require way more work then it did. You literally hook up the propane tank, let the oven heat up and throw your pizza in it, let it cook for like 5 or 6 minutes and it’s done! It literally was that easy! And the Pizza was delicious!
Seriously how lucky are we to have kids who will buy us such cool things? I never even knew things like this existed! And who doesn’t love homemade pizza made fresh and in a pizza oven?!? We will definitely use this more now that we know it’s not hard to do… Well I think Breecia did all the hard work, she made the pizza dough and got all the toppings ready, so I guess I should see how easy it is when I have to do all of that on my own! But we did try it out with a Costco frozen Pizza and I give it two thumbs up! lol being empty nesters has really gotten me all sorts of LAZY! Cooking for two is not easy!
