When your college student calls you and says he’s craving No Bake Cookies and he is coming over after work in an hour and would love it if I made him some…you stop what you are doing and make them! Yes I am a sucker and Yes he knows how to work me, but also he requested one of my favorite fast and easy cookies ever so really it was no big deal.

I’ve been making these since I was a kid, it’s so easy and doesn’t require you to turn on the oven which is really nice when its hot outside. I also like to kid myself and say these are good for you too because of the oatmeal and peanut butter, I know they are not, but probably better than some of the other treats I make, so I feel better about eating these. They definitely don’t look pretty, but dang these things are addicting!
